For agents, brokerages, and property managers

AI receptionist for real estate that answers while you’re at a showing

An AI receptionist for real estate answers every call, day or night. It asks buyers, sellers, and renters the questions you choose, books showings and consultations on your Google Calendar, and answers listing questions from your documents. For property managers, it flags after-hours maintenance emergencies and transfers them to your on-call number or sends an urgent callback request.

Why real estate calls go unanswered

Buyers call from a yard sign or a listing they just saw online, and they often call more than one agent. Sellers call to ask about a listing appointment. When you are in the middle of a showing, at a closing, or driving between appointments, those calls go to voicemail, and many callers simply try the next agent on the list.

Property managers get a different kind of call: a tenant with water on the floor late at night, a furnace that quit on a cold evening, or a resident locked out after hours. A real estate answering service that handles both kinds of calls keeps new leads warm and makes sure urgent tenant problems reach someone who can act.

Showings booked and leads captured with your questions

You choose the questions, and the AI asks them in a calm, professional voice. For a buyer, that might be the area they want, their price range, their timeline, and whether they are pre-approved. For a seller, it might be the property address and when they hope to list. For a renter, it might be the move-in date, the number of bedrooms, and their budget. That way a lead does not go cold while you are with another client.

  • Books showing requests, buyer consultations, and listing appointments into open slots on your Google Calendar, and emails the caller a confirmation.
  • Reschedules an appointment when a caller’s plans change.
  • Saves the answers to your questions in the call log with a full transcript, and adds each new caller’s details to your contacts.
  • Recognizes returning callers by phone number and uses their history, so a past client or last week’s buyer does not have to start over.
  • Sends you a callback request by email or Signal, and on your Notifications page, when a lead wants to talk with you directly.
  • Screens out spam and robocalls so real leads are not buried.

Listing and property questions answered from your documents

Upload your listing sheets, property summaries, open house schedule, and rental application steps as PDF, Word, or text files. When a caller asks about square footage, HOA dues, parking, or how to apply, the AI answers from those documents. When a price changes or a listing goes under contract, update the document so callers hear the current details. For anything your documents do not cover, you tell it what to do, such as taking a message or sending you a callback request.

After-hours maintenance calls for property managers

You decide what counts as urgent, such as active flooding, no heat, or a lockout. The AI asks about those problems during the call, flags urgent ones, and either transfers the caller to the one on-call number you set or sends you an urgent callback request. Transfers are optional and stay off until you turn them on. For emergencies such as a fire or someone hurt, it tells the caller to dial 911 and files an urgent callback for your team.

Tenants also call with everyday questions: when rent is due, your office hours, or how the application process works. The AI answers those from the documents you upload, and every call is logged with a full transcript.

Routine maintenance requests become tracked tickets

On the Business Growth and Business Pro plans, a back-office agent turns the problems callers report, like a dripping faucet or a broken garage door opener, into tracked support tickets. Requests sent by email to your forwarding address become tickets too. The back-office agent reviews each new ticket and suggests a reply based on your documents and policies. Replies are never sent automatically: your team reviews and sends them. Complaints, refund requests, and anything your documents do not cover are flagged for a person to review.

A note on fair housing

The AI uses only the facts and instructions you give it, and it answers every caller the same way. Your business stays responsible for making sure its scripts, intake questions, and listing information comply with fair housing rules, so review them before you go live.

Call records, privacy, and cost

Each business’s calls, transcripts, and contact records are kept in its own separate account, visible only to the people you give access. Call recording is off by default. If you turn it on, you are responsible for any notice your state requires.

Plans start at $29 a month. One buyer, seller, or rental lead you would otherwise have missed is usually worth far more. To get started, forward your office number, upload your listing and property documents, add your intake questions, connect Google Calendar, and go live. Returning callers whose contact record lists Spanish as their preferred language hear the whole call in Spanish.

Frequently asked questions

Does it connect to the MLS, a real estate CRM, or property management software like AppFolio, Buildium, or Yardi?
No. It books appointments on Google Calendar, answers listing and property questions from documents you upload, and keeps its own call log, transcripts, and contact records.
Can it handle after-hours maintenance emergencies from tenants?
Yes. You list what counts as urgent, such as flooding, no heat, or a lockout. The AI flags those calls and transfers them to your on-call number, if you turn transfers on, or sends you an urgent callback request. Routine problems are logged, and on the Business Growth and Business Pro plans they become tracked tickets.
Does it pre-qualify buyers or give financial advice?
No. If you include the question, it asks whether a buyer is pre-approved and records the answer the caller gives. It does not check credit or give financial, legal, or tax advice.
Can it answer more than one call at a time?
Yes. Each plan answers several callers at once: Business Starter answers up to 2 calls at once; Business Essential answers up to 3 calls at once; Business Growth answers up to 7 calls at once; Business Pro answers up to 15 calls at once.
Are calls recorded?
Not unless you turn it on. Recording is off by default. If you enable it, you are responsible for any notice your state requires.
